Inspirováni dílem H.P. Lovecrafta, tvoří již poměrně dlouhou dobu autoři z týmu Head First, akční hru Call of Cthulhu. Hlavním hrdinou bude Jack Walters, soukromý detektiv, jenž v zapadlé rybářské vesničce musí najít ztracené osoby. Místo ztracených osob však postupně nachází stále hrozivější důkazy o velmi podivných událostech, jenž se ve vesnici odehrávají. Zajímavě vypadá zejména prvek, kdy se hráč po zásahu od nepřítele ocitne v halucinaci, nebo jej popadne záchvat paranoie. Kromě akce, však můžeme očekávat také nepříliš složité puzzle a prostředí do detailu odpovídající dvacátým letům minulého století,kam je hra situována.
